Are we still able to register new accounts? I’ve got to get my website up and hosted by tomorrow morning and I’ve heard from some of my classmates that they’re not able to register new accounts due to the holiday and the accounts people being on vacation.

You can *always* register accounts. The best way to get one up quickly is to live in the United States and use a credit card. Otherwise, the extra fraud prevention measures start to kick in.
