I want to know why I opened 8 support tickets since 5:00 am and have not gotten one response and my site is still down

When I get spammed, I just delete it. Maybe support doesn’t like being spammed either.
 
When you create multiple tickets for the same thing, it’s going to slow things down, not speed them up.
