I want to know why I opened 8 support tickets since 5:00 am and have not gotten one response and my site is still down

Richard,
Stay on topic! If you could somehow relate your problems to a bicentennial of some sort, it may make sense to post it here. Maybe come back after you have opened 200 support tickets.

Surprise Richard, your site works! Every person that says ‘my site is down…’ I click their link and it works

When I get spammed, I just delete it. Maybe support doesn’t like being spammed either.
When you create multiple tickets for the same thing, it’s going to slow things down, not speed them up.
It’s a popular way to spam links and try not to look like you’re promoting it.

Congrats Josh. Funniest blog around.

Amusing, self congratulatory posts shouldn’t be made during the worst spate of tech problems I’ve experienced with dreamhost in the past eight years.
Although I notice a grave silence from everyone at dreamhost since the unannounced problems of the 18th and ongoing. The filer issues are the tip of the iceberg.
