I think you're right - Nintendo will will the console war - but it's not necessarly only because of technology value - it's because they have done the best job of integrating every device they sell.

The Wii can use GameCube games and even talk wireless to the DS... pretty cool!

Blu-ray is going to win the high definition format war, and that's partly because Sony's PlayStation 3 is going to win the console war. iPhones are doomed unless they can do better than EDGE. Wireless power will be awesome, and change everything.

Just got the 6086. Love the UMA, don't like the lockedness. If they are going to pull this crap with their phones UMA isn't going to be a success. T-mobile is also going to have to consider that the market who is would be most likely to use UMA (technical people) are going hate their locked down UMA phone. I heard the Samsung one doesn't even support a standard bluetooth profile.

Josh, I take it you have HotSpot@Home?? If you wanna waste bandwidth + PSTN trunkage > http://www.podlinez.com/

For some reason, this blog is showing up all garbled when viewed using lynx.

P.S. I couldn't seem to find an appropriate category to report this using the control panel support form.

We just moved our server to dreamhost and are very pleased with the setup so far, abit few problems with php 5 running as CGI and the absence of https and the slow creation of sub domains.

The setting of the catch-all to dreamhost-only e-mail address only was a shocker, but we were relieved to learn that GMail addresses were a exception. Will be posting a review on our site www.bootstrike.com soon. Nice work so far :)
