		<description>If the DMCA takedown notices have to be filed under penalty of perjury, then there is certainly the basis for a significant criminal prosecution of this twit.  IANAL, and I can't begin to understand the jurisdictional issues, but certainly some publicity hungry DA will want to take this guy on.

Having said that, it is pretty clear that this guy just wants attention.  He takes controversial stands not because they come from deeply held beliefs, but because their very controversy will garner attention.  Further action will just encourage him.  The only hope is that if we can punish him criminally, then maybe it will discourage those whose abuse is financially driven rather that just grandstanding.</description>
